Notice is hereby given that the Secretariat of the Trade Union Organization. Filt-CGIL announced its adherence to the strike called by the Confederation for Friday, December 12, 2025.
The Filt-CGIL Secretariat has declared that the abstention from work for the day of December 12, 2025 will be carried out in compliance with the guarantee bands stipulated in current regulations.
It is understood that the strike will be exercised in compliance with the current regulations on the right to strike and that essential services must be guaranteed.
Therefore, the city of Potenza's urban public transportation service will be provided in the minimum essential services, according to the ordinary operating schedule, in the guarantee bands established by the ’Agreement dated 2/08/2019, as follows:
- 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
- 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m.
