From 5/05/2025, several changes are planned to Modugno's local public transportation service.
In particular:
RFI Shuttle Service
1. Updating schedules
- Shuttle schedules will be adjusted to ensure better integration with Trenitalia trains and published on MODUGNO URBAN LINES - Miccolis S.P.A.
2. Modification of the terminus and rationalization of the route.
- The new terminus will be made in Garibaldi Square, allowing a more efficient connection with the other LPT lines (Lines A, C, D).
3. New stops and cancellations
To optimize the route, some stops will be discontinued and new ones introduced:
Suppressions: Old RFI Station (Via XX Settembre No. 79), Via C. Battisti - Fal stop, Via Orazio Flacco No. 8, Via Piave 85, Via Bitritto Laghetto;
New stops: Corso Vittorio Emanuele II (facing Saicaf), Corso Vittorio Emanuele II (FAL stop), Piazza Plebiscito (Post Office), Via Roma (facing Via Napoli), Via Roma (San Domenico), Via Roma (facing Galleria Commerciale), Viale della Repubblica (merry-go-rounds corner Via Carafa), Via Cornole di Ruccia (San Pio Park), Via Cornole di Ruccia (Quadrilateral);
4. Pricing: The cost of the ticket will be standardized to the ordinary fare of TPL service.
A and C Line St. Paul's Hospital-Modugno
- Early departure of 1st run, from 07:20 to 07:10;
- Addition of 1 return evening run, from Modugno to Cecilia Zone, at 8:30 p.m.
Line C - City - Hotel Cavallino
- Deletion of the stop on Constitution Street;
- Integration of a new stop at Via Tagliamento civ. 48.
