Yesterday 28 September 2021, at the Matera office in via della Scienza, the celebratory meeting of the Corporate Welfare Plan for the year 2021 and 2022 of the Miccolis SpA group took place
Present were the General Manager Aurelia Miccolis, the Sole Director Michele Ventrella, the Personnel Manager Stefano Aiello, and all the employees involved in the Company Welfare Plan.
"We must work and believe in this project together, a work that must be done day by day, this project will not make us perfect but will help us improve and grow together with confidence." - these were the words of Dr. Miccolis.
The project that the Miccolis group has started has found optimism and positivity on the part of the community.
The most important values that emerged today were: trust, cooperation, collaboration, respect, education, availability.
The company wanted to focus on the well-being of people - "This project aims to mainly push towards an efficiency of human capital, we did not want to push towards the growth of the company" explains Dr. Aiello.
