We are sensitive to the need to disseminate and consolidate the culture of transparency and integrity, as well as aware of the importance of ensuring conditions of fairness in the conduct of business and corporate activities to protect our own position and image and the expectations of our shareholders, which is why we have adopted an "Organization, Management and Control Model" (hereinafter "Model") in line with the requirements of Legislative Decree No. 231 of June 8, 2001 (hereinafter "Decree" or "Law").
We believe that the adoption of this Model, together with the simultaneous issuance of the Code of Ethics, constitutes, beyond the requirements of the law, a further valid tool for raising the awareness of all employees and all those who in various capacities collaborate with us, in order to have them follow, in the performance of their activities, correct and transparent behavior in line with the ethical-social values that inspire them in the pursuit of their corporate purpose, and such as to prevent, in any case, the risk of commission of the crimes contemplated by the Decree.
We have adopted our own Organizational Model, with the aim of building a structured and organic system of guiding principles, operating procedures and other specific safeguards, inspired by criteria of sound business management and aimed, among other things, at preventing the commission of the crimes provided for in the Decree together with a Code of Ethics that is an integral part of the Model.
