It is necessary to have a REINFORCED GREEN PASS or SUPER GREEN PASS and a MODEL FFP2 MASK.

WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?

You can buy them on our website or at the numerous affiliated ticket offices. In the case of purchase via the website, the ticket will be sent directly to the e-mail address indicated during the booking phase.

WHAT ARE THE SALE POINTS IN ITALY?

To find the nearest retailer, you can search the sales section.

DO I HAVE TO PRINT THE TICKET?

Not necessarily, it can show it directly on a smartphone or tablet.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY RESERVATION?

Directly from your PC or mobile device by connecting to the website www.busmiccolis.it or by contacting one of the affiliated ticket offices. The change of date, time, name and route is allowed only once within and no later than two hours from the departure of the booked route, subject to the availability of seats, at a cost of € 5 plus any surcharge for the new route chosen.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY RESERVATION - COVID EMERGENCY PERIOD?

Directly from your PC or mobile device by connecting to the website www.busmiccolis.it or by contacting one of the affiliated ticket offices.
We are aware that this is a period characterized by strong uncertainty especially in the world of travel and for this reason, to be ever closer to our customers, the change of date, time or name will remain free and will be allowed only once within and no later than 48 hours from the start of the race, subject to the availability of seats. The change of the route is allowed only once within and no later than two hours from the departure of the booked route, subject to the availability of seats, at a cost of € 5 plus any surcharge for the new route chosen.

CAN I BOOK A TRIP FOR ANOTHER PERSON?

Yes, you can do it easily.

CAN I GO UP OR DOWN TO STOP OTHER THAN THOSE BOOKED?

No, unfortunately it is not permitted to get on or off at stops other than those indicated on the ticket purchased in order to guarantee the regular performance of the service.

HOW MANY BAGS CAN I TRANSPORT FREE?

Each passenger is entitled to one piece of hand luggage free of charge (max. 42 x 30 x 18 cm) e 2 hold luggage (max 80 x 50 x 30 cm - total volume not exceeding 140 cm)

CAN I BRING ANOTHER BAGGAGE?

Yes, at a cost of 3 euros you can add additional luggage by selecting them during the booking process

CAN I TRAVEL WITH ANIMALS?

Yes, as long as they are small and in their carrier.

IN CASE OF DELAY, IS THE BUS WAITING FOR ME?

Unfortunately, drivers must follow the scheduled times and itineraries, therefore they are not allowed to wait for passengers beyond the departure time. It is advisable to go to the bus stop 15 minutes before the time indicated on the ticket.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RESERVE A SEAT?

It is currently not possible to choose a seat on the bus. Seat assignment is random.

IF I FORGET SOMETHING ABOUT THE BUS, WHAT SHOULD I BEHAVIOR?

If you have forgotten something on one of our buses, you can fill in the information / complaints form on the company website or you can call +39 080.5315334 during office hours.

UNTIL THE AGE CHILDREN TRAVEL FREE?

Children can travel for free until their first birthday.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RENT YOUR OWN BUS?
