How and when should I activate my Mobile Ticket
You must activate your ticket before boarding any means of transport (bus/escalator). Please have your digital ticket activated and ready to show to the driver or verification staff when boarding a bus or escalator entrance.
Purchased tickets can be found in the Ticket Wallet on the main screen of the Mobility Ticket application.
Do I have to activate my pass every time I travel?
No, the pass must be activated on the first journey and will remain valid for the calendar month of activation.
Can I change buses with a 1.00 Corsa Semplice Bus ticket?
Yes. You can use the same mobile ticket to transfer to other buses within the 90-minute limit.
Can I change the escalator with a Corsa Simple ticket for 0.25 stairs?
Yes. You can use the same escalator ticket to transfer to other escalators within the 30-minute limit.
Can I change buses with a 5-journey CARNET BUS + ESCALATOR ticket?
Yes. You can use the same mobile ticket to transfer to other buses and/or escalators within the 90-minute limit.
Do mobile tickets expire?
Mobile tickets have a specific validity period and will expire after 1 year.
How does the driver know I have a valid ticket?
Inspection is visual by checking the dynamically changing color on the ticket screen
What should I do if a verifier requests to inspect my digital ticket?
Show the digital ticket to the inspector.
Each ticket includes a unique barcode. Please use the drop down menu to reveal the barcode for inspection if required.
Do I need to create an account in order to use digital tickets?
Yes, you need to download the Mobility Ticket App and enter your email address
Do I need to create an account in order to purchase/use my digital subscription?
Yes, you have to go to the Agency and register for the first time. Then you can renew online whenever you want.
Will my digital ticket still work if I lose connection with my carrier while trying to use my ticket?
Digital tickets do not require cell phone coverage or Wi-Fi to access public transportation. However, connectivity is required for a ticket purchase which must be made before boarding. If you lose connection after activation and boarding the vehicle, you will be able to activate and view the ticket from the ticket wallet.
What happens if my smartphone becomes unusable (e.g. dead battery) before I can show my mobile ticket?
It is your responsibility to have a working and usable mobile phone before boarding. If your mobile phone doesn't work, you should use another payment method for the trip. Failure to show a valid travel document is considered
fare evasion and is subject to enforcement action under applicable laws and regulations at the time.
If I'm traveling with friends and family, can I activate more than one ticket on my phone?
The Mobility Ticket app supports up to 10 single journey ticket purchases in a single in-app purchase
What if I lose my mobile device or buy a new one?
If you lose or buy a new device, you can transfer all valid, unused tickets to a new device. To do this, contact the Bus Miccolis customer office and communicate the ID
of the application. You will find the ID in the app in Help > About the application
Are receipts available for the purchase of mobile tickets?
Are receipts available by email for all mobile tickets? Yes, enter your e-mail address when purchasing a ticket and it will be automatically sent to you by e-mail.

Are there any fees for using Mobility Tickets?
The Mobility Ticket app is free to download. You may incur data usage charges as determined by your mobile service provider. Miccolis is not responsible for any changes to mobile carrier data that a customer undergoes as a result of purchasing or using the mobile ticketing application.
Is the Mobility Ticket application available on all devices?
The Mobility Ticket application is available on most iOS or Android devices installed with recent operating systems (2 years or less). Older versions of the software may not be supported.
I am entitled to discounted rates. How do I access it on my mobile device?
The first time you will have to go to the ticket office and register your identity card. The operator will activate the discounted rate on your account. Once registered, select the travel document you wish to purchase at the discounted rate, e.g. student rate. You will be asked to present any ID associated with this fare type upon request (e.g. at the time of manual inspection)
Will the application store my credit card details?
You have the ability to store your credit card details for future transactions.
What security safeguards are in place to protect my personal information?
The Mobility Ticket platform is fully certified and compliant with payment card industry standards (PCI-DSS). All communications relating to payments are
fully encrypted via SSL, all sensitive data stored is highly encrypted and systems are constantly monitored for security vulnerabilities.
