Feb. 25, 2025 - An important milestone for the Bus Miccolis Academy, Miccolis Spa's training program created to train the drivers of the future. The first class, inaugurated in 2024, has officially completed the course: the 11 selected drivers have obtained the CQC Persone (Driver Qualification Card) and are now ready to take service, bringing professionalism, safety and passion to the roads.
This first edition was a key piece in Miccolis S.p.a.'s efforts to fill the shortage of qualified drivers and ensure increasingly efficient and safe public transportation. The training program, divided into theoretical and practical sessions, provided participants with the necessary technical skills, as well as a solid background in road safety, passenger accommodation and sustainability.

In confirmation of this commitment, selections are already underway for the second edition of the Bus Miccolis Academy, curated by Synergie Italia Spa, to train new drivers who will join the workforce and take up service in the capital, Rome.
