Starting in April 2025, a new free course lasting 12 weeks, consisting of theoretical and practical classes at a driving school in Potenza (PZ). The program aims to provide all the necessary skills To become a professional bus driver, with a focus on road safety and service quality.

These certifications will ensure that future drivers have all the essential tools they need to become true professionals behind the wheel.
We are not limited to training: at the end of the course there is a guaranteed placement in the Bus Miccolis workforce at the Rome office with a fixed-term contract on an administrative basis. The 'placement will be in accordance with the CCNL Autoferrotranvieri Par. 140, with a gross monthly salary in line with the CCNL, plus any allowances and surcharges for shifts. Drivers, in addition, will be entitled to ticket restaurant worth 8 euros daily and, for the first five months, they will have a accommodation.
