A high-quality educational opportunity
As of September 23, 2024, a free course lasting 12 weeks, consisting of theoretical and practical lessons at a driving school in Bitonto (BA). The program aims to provide all the necessary skills To become a professional bus driver, with a focus on road safety and service quality.
Upon completion of the course, participants selected in recent months by Synergie Italy spa will receive:

Guaranteed placement and competitive working conditions
We are not limited to training: at the end of the course there is a guaranteed placement in the Bus Miccolis workforce at the Vicenza or Turin offices with a fixed-term contract on an administrative basis. The 'placement will be in accordance with the CCNL Autoferrotranvieri Par. 140, with a gross monthly salary in line with the CCNL, plus any allowances and surcharges for shifts. Drivers, in addition, will be entitled to ticket restaurant worth 8 euros daily and, for the first five months, they will have a accommodation At one of the two final work locations.
