FREE DATE CHANGE

If you change your program or if the national provisions to counter the spread of Covid-19 change, you can change the date of your trip for free in the months of June, July, August and September.

We are aware that this is a period characterized by great uncertainty especially in the world of travel and for this reason, to be ever closer to our customers, we have decided to open reservations for the summer period, guaranteeing the possibility of changing the date of travel at no cost *.

* The change is allowed only once and must in any case be made no later than 48 hours after departure.

TRAVEL IN TOTAL SAFETY ON OUR BUSES:

All Busmiccolis vehicles are sanitized, sanitized and disinfected at least once a day. The cleaning and sanitizing interventions are integrated with constant air and surface sanitization interventions with ozone technology through a professional CE and EU marked device.

Measures have been adopted to separate the driver's seat with distances of at least one meter from the passengers and to separate travelers in compliance with the prescriptions of the authorities in charge.

The crew will proceed with the measurement of body temperature before entering the bus.

We also remind you that:

• it is allowed to get on the vehicles only if equipped with a protective mask and disposable gloves
• it is mandatory to keep at least one meter distance from other passengers during the boarding and alighting phase
